Do Not Exceed Service
Because publishers frequently change the availability of titles, we may not be able to ship 100% of your list. We encourage you, to use our Do Not Exceed Service to maximize your budget. Just:
- Write a Do Not Exceed dollar ($) amount on your order
- Over order by listing additional titles. If you prepare your order on TITLEWAVE, we recommend you over order by 10%; if you prepare your order from catalogs and/or other materials, we recommend you over order by 25%.
- Make sure you indicate your "first choice" titles.
Free Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling are free within the United States and its territories. Shipping and brokerage are free to Canada. (Note: Renaissance Learning’s standard shipping and handling charges apply to all orders for Renaissance Learning products and software.)

A portion of the titles in our inventory are available as FOLLETTBOUNDSM books. They are prebound for Follett Library Resources according to strict standards. FOLLETTBOUND bindings have an unconditional guarantee. Prices for FOLLETTBOUND books reflect a 30% discount off the manufacturer’s list price. FOLLETTBOUND books are eligible for additional discounts if you purchase multiple copies of the same title. These discounts are:
- 31% off the published list price for 25-49 copies
- 32% off the published list price for 50-99 copies
- 33% off the published list price for 100-249 copies
- 34% off the published list price for 250-499 copies
- 35% off the published list price for 500+ copies
Prices and Terms
Prices are our net prices to schools and are subject to change based on publishers’ prices. Applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice. Terms are net 30 days, unless special invoice dating has been granted. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are in U.S. dollars.
Returns Policy
Follett Library Resources will replace or issue credit for books and audiovisual materials that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly processed. Please contact your local Account Manager or our Customer Service Department (888.511.5114, ext. 1102) for assistance.
